Handir (F.A. 441-495) son of Haldir was the fifth leader of the Haladin. He became the leader of the Haladin after his father fell in the rearguard of Fingon's host during its retreat from Anfauglith. He married Beldis of the House of Bëor and had one son called Brandir the Lame.
