Barahir (Third Age 2290[1] – 2412,[2] aged 122 years) was eighth Ruling Steward of Gondor.
The Watchful Peace continued during his rule.[3]
Barahir ruled as Steward for seventeen years, and was succeeded by his son Dior.[2]
Etymology
